Anyone gonna work out today?

Fridays evenings are a good day to work out in my gym because hardly no one else goes then.

Just got back from the gym a little while ago. Today was chest day. I also got my first pair of roller blades and tried them out on the racquetball court after my workout to see if I could handle it. So far so good!
 
I'm just gonna wait until tommorow. My back is still injured and could use the extra days rest. Leg day is very intense.
 
Ahhh my workout today was the same as yesterday, went to the gym, and just couldn't do it so I left, the gym owner thinks I'm alittle retarded I think. lol

what do you mean "couldn't do it"? you have an injury or something?

I just competed last Saturday and was back in the gym on Monday, I felt ok alittle tired but thought I would be able to push through it, I was wrong. My body feels like a truck ran over it. :worried:

you did a show? great! how did it go?
no wonder you are tired, you are allowed a couple of weeks off then :D

Yes I did, thanks, I don't even know how I did yet, lol nobody responsed back from my email, but it was quite disorganized to say the least.

Yes I know, it's funny though it's hard for me to take a break, even though my body is screaming at me telling me to take the break.

Me too - diet has been tight, but cardio & training (and sleep) stalled out a bit this week -- actually saw the negative response on my midsection. I think I got another 1/2" on my bicep pump but my pecs still sorta suck. I pretty much killed it today in there tho...

Now if I can just remember that my damn gym closes at 8 pm on Fridays I just might get more than 20 min of cardio in on those days. :rolleyes:
