I still have to do legs and cardio. Means a 25 minute drive to the gym and back. I'll put it off until the last minute and probably won't get much done here either because I'm addicted to the internet!!!!

Glad I wourkout in my garage...if I had to go to a gym, I'd prabably stop lifting completely.

did back today.

4 sets of pull-ups
3 sets of lat-pull downs
3 sets of DB bent over rows
3 sets of lower back extensions
Abs

Tried doing cardio but hammy kept tightening up on me so I had to stop after 7 minutes. To much booze and messing around last night. All dehydrated.
 
Leg Day-
Squats 95x10, 135x10, 155x10, 165x8, 175x5, 185x3
Lunges 3x10 w/95
SLDL 135 x10, 155x10, 175x10

done. i think my volume today was way too high & my drinking last night was way too low...
 
Waiting for my buddy to pick me up. We're headed over to World Gym. A nice change from the midget college kids at my regular spot.

My buddy's a total slacker... always late.
 
chest & bis + cardio. Last nite i forgot the gym closes at 8 pm on Fridays. That'll hose up a person's schedule.

lol i always work on fridays at my gym, and i have ALWAYS closed at 8pm. but every week there are some new clowns that claim that "it was always open to 10 before"... noo, ive been working fridays for 3 years, i have always closed at 8 lol :D

Fridays evenings are a good day to work out in my gym because hardly no one else goes then.

Just got back from the gym a little while ago. Today was chest day. I also got my first pair of roller blades and tried them out on the racquetball court after my workout to see if I could handle it. So far so good!
 
I'm just gonna wait until tommorow. My back is still injured and could use the extra days rest. Leg day is very intense.
 
Ahhh my workout today was the same as yesterday, went to the gym, and just couldn't do it so I left, the gym owner thinks I'm alittle retarded I think. lol

what do you mean "couldn't do it"? you have an injury or something?

I just competed last Saturday and was back in the gym on Monday, I felt ok alittle tired but thought I would be able to push through it, I was wrong. My body feels like a truck ran over it. :worried:

you did a show? great! how did it go?
no wonder you are tired, you are allowed a couple of weeks off then :D

Yes I did, thanks, I don't even know how I did yet, lol nobody responsed back from my email, but it was quite disorganized to say the least.

Yes I know, it's funny though it's hard for me to take a break, even though my body is screaming at me telling me to take the break.

Me too - diet has been tight, but cardio & training (and sleep) stalled out a bit this week -- actually saw the negative response on my midsection. I think I got another 1/2" on my bicep pump but my pecs still sorta suck. I pretty much killed it today in there tho...

Now if I can just remember that my damn gym closes at 8 pm on Fridays I just might get more than 20 min of cardio in on those days. :rolleyes:
 
been at work all day. got beat to hell yesterday on a 400 mile bike ride in temperatures ranging from 40's to 100's! did pretty much nothing less than 95-100 the whole time. Hell regular traffic was passing me!

That is just brutal on a Ninja 600, fun but brutal.
