Anyone ever STOP drinking MILK?

If you wanna cut down the amount of milk you use, then try mixing your protein shakes with half milk and half water. They still taste good.

who fuckin' cares about cereal, i don't eat that either, it's mainly a bunch of surgar anyway. i don't care what anyone says, animals don't drink other animals milk!

I've basically cut milk out of my diet entirely in the last couple months. Since then I have noticed a lot less bloat and not so much of a smooth look. Something about the lactose in milk that doesn't mix well with me...

Assbeater that has to be the stupidist analogy I've ever heard. Who gives a shit what other animals do, last I checked that never dictated what humans do or don't do. Animals don't stick needles in their ass to inject anabolic compounds(though we do it for them), they don't raise other animals in farms specifically for slaughter or harvesting, they don't sit in tanning beds for hours to look good for their mates, etc...

And actually animals do drink other animals milk if you must be so as a matter of fact. Have you ever seen a cat or dog turn down cow's milk? Hell no. They probably don't do it in the wild as I doubt any mother would let another animal attept to suckle her nipple without a fight. Much easier to kill her and eat the meet than attempt to drink a meager amount of milk.

Back to the topic though I don't see anything wrong with milk. Almost everyone who has stopped drinking it complains that it bloats them. Well bloat = water and it's temporary. I'd say keep it in your diet until the last couple weeks so you can shed the extra water. Milk and other dairy products have hidden sodium so when taken in excess they can definately bloat you up over time.

I too drink about 3 gal of milk a week & it really has no major effect on me. When I do cut it down I do half milk & half water in my shakes. I don't even use skim, I use 2%. Unless you're getting ready for contest why do that to yourself. I believe that the fat in it is good for you as well as the added slowly absobed protien. I drink tons of it & I've still got a 6pack. But, everyone reacts differently. I'd try cutting other stuff out first.

Good point. Anyone want to share a glass of milk with me?

Anyone think Lactaid would help. I have no problems digesting it now, I just want to cut down my fat a bit.
