serious?

how rare is that

?

us see them in Benzos or bmw but an american car NEVER!

maybe they dont want to upset the emperor?

No joke, I think I can count the number of asians driving american cars on one hand. But...most people if had the choice of what car they could buy, I would bet they would pick a foreign one over an american one. I personally have owned only a few cars, to include a couple different fords (car and truck), a chevy, a vw and a bmw. Of course out of them all I think the BMW is by far the best, better built. catch is price of everything to it. I would never buy a foreign truck, but as for cars, I belive there is by far better choices on the foreign market...

but of course it is all matter of opinion

LOL, most American cars are assembled in Asia.
And because of American demand, more asian cars are made/assembled in America than American cars.

i'd never buy an american car over 140,000 miles.

Asian-designed cars (irregardless of where they're assembled) are designed for longevity and quality. That's never been a high priority for US auto-makers. Their priorities are power, looks, gas mileage and maximum profit for their auto mechanics and dealerships.

I was just shopping for a car the past two weeks.

I'll post up links in ten, just edit them into this post.

Remember you said "most"...

Not counting the captive imports, like the smallest Chevys that are made by Suzuki, I think the number of traditional American cars assembled in Asia and sold in the USA is something on the order of Zero.

I was tooling in our new Kia minivan and saw an Asian Mom n kids in a Dodge Caravan.

That count?

Yeah, see I was looking for an economy car for the fiance.

But looking at Saturns too, and they were "parts made in <insert asian nation> and assembled in the US".

Although like the Aveo, which I think is just a Kia was made/assembled in like Byung Yang or some shit.

Again, this is just from me week of economy car shopping.
