anyone ever heard of this?

Not getting a Christmas bonus because
a.) your salaried in a predominately hourly job place
or
b.) you get commission

thoughts, feedback plz. This has been bothering my for a month

i was the only one who didnt get one...
ive gotten one the past 6 years
its not the money that bugs me its the principle.its less than 1% of my gross.

I always get Christmas bonus, there is a problem in your management.

everyone else did. i was the only one that did not. thats why i mentioned a and b above. those are the only reasons that i can thing of separating me from everyone else. I've only worked one job since college.


I highly doubt that me increasing my divisions gross production from 260k to 395k. or
selling 90k service with a 66% close ratio with the same payroll +/- 3% were the reasons.

last year was the first year i had a built in "incentive program"

6 years ago this division that i took over part time grossed 36k


I apologize to those of you who dont have jobs. I am thankful for having work,just very confused and sheltered in the job world.
