Anyone else have this problem regarding the timing of nature's call?

If you are not used to Whey protein it will temporarily cause these sxs. After I got used to it no problem, the bowel takes a while to get the right enzymes at right levels in there then bingo, no more bowel probs. That was just my experiece.

almost same problem here, found out my diet was a little to rich for me, had to cut back on protein and the fiber, get system more aclimated. I cut back on meals per day and slowly oever time have added, dody gets used to it better. Looks like lots of fiber in your diet, which sometimes is a double edged sword.

I've had a similar issue, which was a kind of IBS for me.

How are your nerves in the morning? Are you nervous about going to the workout? Are you thinking a lot about it? It may sound wierd, but are your abs or the rest of you shaking slightly, or even cold? Are you breathing from the top of your chest as opposed to fully and relaxedly?

That's actually an interesting point. I do tend to think about my workout a lot in the morning. In a couple of weeks I go back to uni so I'll have other things on my mind during the day and will have to train in the evening. I'll see if training in the evening helps before I visit the naturopath or start to cut fibre.

That wasn't all of what I was getting at. I know for me, the fixation I have over thinking about (I guess I should say worrying about) training can unsettle my digestive system. I see all kinds of subtle little effects, but the big one for me is IBS-like. YMMV though, but perhaps the evening workout will be different for you after all.

Best of luck.

I think your diet is low in protein, you should be consuming peanut butter by the tablespoon, not teaspoon. Use dessicated liver tablets, 20-30 on workout days, divide the liver over 4-5 servings a day.

As for your digestion issues, try to reduce your milk intake, see what happens. (Perhaps you should consume only raw milk, and cheese)Perhaps you need to separate your macronutrients, eat only protein and fats together, and carbs by themselves, this is probably the problem, if it is you'll feel better in a matter of days.

I didn't list the protein in the food list I posted above. That was just my fibre sources.

hi again and would like to add that i just recently switched to a 100% whey protein ISOLATE with predigested protein and Lactose free milk. I dont mix my protein shake with milk just water for now. I have also added a lactaid enzyme to my diet when I consume dairy products that are not lactose free. This has solved a lot of problems. The huge difference came with the switch in the whey that I now use. hope this bit of info helps
