Now they're saying it's heriditary so when your kid gets it by age 4 or god forbid is born with it, it's just in your family tree. Nice high horse ... FYI Type 1 is hereditary so lets not confuse it. It would be great to believe that all people are just lazy but sorry I don't feel that's the case.

1) Shitty diet education
2) Shitty mass production of food
3) Shitty lobby groups be it pharma or agro grains etc influencing government to continue 1 and 2
4) People need to see that food specifically simple starches mass produced crap can produce some extremely powerful chemical response in peoples bodies and brain much like drugs.

With #4 I am not saying people don't have power over these responses it goes back to #1 and understanding what different foods do for you be it good or bad.
 
sorry qt it's not heriditary in the sense that it's been lurking in your family tree and so sorry but you were born with it. It's the result of at least one generation of very poor lifestyle choices that you pass on to your kid. That's why people can smoke their entire lives and not get lung cancer but they're children can get it by the time they're in their 20's without ever having touched a cigarrette. And it's completely reversible....but they won't tell you that.
 
Down to 235lbs from 250lbs at New Years. Been running most of my morning fasted until 11am or 12pm. Morning cardio and workouts start with some CJC-1295 and HGH Frag 176-191. Still got a ways to go, will probably be the leanness I like at around 200lbs. Traps are coming back. View attachment 101283

Great stuff! I might give it a go. I ran alot last year to see if the lower weight helps my cholesterol (and I was a fatass).

Crazy thing is this is all food and peptides, basically rid myself of supplements with the exception of protein powder. Amazing what tightening up your diet will do, getting rid of dairy and grains.
 
I'm about to become a sandal wearing paleo fag.
My diet is atrocious and I need some sort of structure.

Today as an example,
1/2 pack of bacon, fried shrimp and oysters, 1/3 pint of Ben and Jerry's half baked ice cream, a pear.

As awesome as this was I know it's fucking up my perfomance.
