anyone box while on the juice-?

I know this burns alot of cals but I box alot and study the art nof boxing?

will boxing (hitting the bag, jumping rope ect..) keep you to small...

Its definitely cardio-oriented but its a killer form of conditioning. It depends on what your goals are- if you are going for size then not sure the increased cardio is what you want. But the type of action is quick, fast, punch - i.e. explosive power vs slow, deliberate, endurance. I kind of think of it as a full body sprint.

I do know people who just cut the hell up doing it - girlfriend of mine was a natural BB and ex Army boxer - it was the boxing that cut her up for competition - mind you that natural FBBs have a helluva time getting lean enough w/ the estrogen issues and she would rip up like crazy.
 
yea it makes my abs hard and wirks my arms and shoulders...i do some heavy gloves and har shot combos short time and then i do light glove fast light shots and then finish w/ sets of jump ropes...\

another training I find to be good is german volumre training and I was gonna put a thread up on that soon. Its a good muscle shock and I have a great arms thread coming to*
 
i don't know how safe that would be during cardio, cause your heart has to work hard already when your on juice (your heart is a muscle so it grows just like the rest) which is bad for it, it could take years off your life with how hard it has to work. I would be cautious about doing cardio while on juice. i just don't want you to possibly put more stress on your heart. Do you know what kind of AAS you will be using? i would strongly be against it with something like d-bol or anadrol and a few more of the others, but if it's AAS that is specifically meant to burn fat then i don't see a problem. I don't think you'll shrink much, it would be effective.
 
i have went clean and and im on gonna do supps and oay my dues for a few years and then maybe juice again...

i like to box, i hot bricks, heavy gags but i know it makes my bas damn good, my arms cut and hard, and I know I CN DOP SOMEONE lol...

Boxing is a great American past time
 
abs cut hard/4:20 damn

also sometime to shock my training I will do 1000 push ups in a setting of 20-30 reps each set
 
i love it and im a big fan

how about 1000 push ups ...i throw that in to once about every 2-3 weeks
just one day of 3 kinds in sets of 20 until done...
 
Dude , Get Your Ass To A Good Mma Gym And Do Some Of That , That Will Get You Defined Very Quickly , Especially Grappling :)

Just thought I'd let you know that cardiac muscle (i.e.: your heart) does not grow larger like skeletal muscle, and it is a very good idea to do cardio while on cycle to keep your heart healthy.

Dude, c'mon! Your tongue is a muscle too, would you advise against going down on your girl while on? Dont' post something like that.

I had a pharmacist tell me one time that your heart only has so many beats in it and if I took ephedra while using an albuterol inhaler to help breathing for bronchitis it would take beats off my hearts total because my resting pulse would increase. So while not a good idea to combine two stims like that, the beats thing is ridiculous. So given his theory, any time you exercise you are pulling away precious heart beats from your life. I wish I would have smacked him now that I look back on the event.
 
what about pumping out 1000 push ups ONCE every 2 weeks on one day...

I added that to change thing s up and kinda give a shock and new workout for that day

I also have invoked German volume training

Do 2 excersises say for chest
Bench Press 10 sets of 10 of a weight nyou can do

then 2nd excersise 10 sets of 10 (60 seco nd breaks) did fly's

Then I have a ultra shock arm workout to...

Please ad some feed back if you could on the 1000 push up...i have a bro who was in the Marines and he pumps 1000-1500 everyother day and he is ripped like nobody I have ever scene...So I thought to maybe to add it...

as someone who has taken the road of being of juice for NOW and its been a number of years I want to make sure workouts stay new and I am ading and trying new things to change and shock the muscle

Hershell Walker used to do a shit load of pushups too. I think it was 1000 a day or eod. He turned out allright.
 
i've boxed and wrestled, bout 2 join an mma group for some russian sambo some BJJ and some thai so i don't know how those work but i do know wrestling and mma r very similar and i've never had as good a workout as i did while wrestling
 
i have been bodybuilding since i was 16 and im 24 now and i still lift heavy but now as I age Im adding new kinds of shock work outs, boxing, 1000 push up days, german volume training...

Trying to take some pressure of at the gym and ad more fun and make it more new

i was thinking of doing MMA workouts but I for now I will stay with boxing, maybe wrestling next year
