Anyone been to Prague? Going in December...

Hey everyone, I'm off to Netherlands for my first Dutch Christmas...pretty excited! My gf and I are flying to Prague for 4 days without the baby...some much needed time alone! Anyone ever been to Prague?

I was thinking about drinking lots of beer, going to see the castles, Charles bridge, Christmas markets and maybe go to an Opera..anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!

Woot the place is amazing for sight seeing but cold as fuck .

wenceslas cathedral in the old square looks cool at night , walt disney copied it blah blah blah..


charles bridge... meh its a bridge with some statues and beggars on it.

some of the local beer is rocket fuel ,but i cant remember if they sell it by stein or the pint .

there's a sex muesem that has a lot of weird shit in it ( they will throw you out if they catch you fapping :( )

Used to spend a lot of time in Budapest - looking for cool girls like B I K I N I Mother. They are a lot alike but I hear Prague is a touch nicer. If you have an extra day or two, I would recommending dropping down there for a visit.

My experience with that part of the world is the women are tall and good looking but just nice enough not to be rude and I mean just barely. Food is excellent as is the wine. Find the small restaurants serving top quality food.

Appreciate all the old architecture. There is so much of it, it kind of blends in if you don't stop to take notice.
 
Cheap hookers are nice and warm this time of year.

not only have I been to prague you ngr fgt, part of my family originated there but had to leave during ww2. You should learn some Czech so you know when the waiters call you a russian donkey shit licking fgt while smiling as you order burger and fries.

ps. some of the best beer in the world there so make sure you get super drunk and fall of that bridge one night.

Your taste is in your ass, bro. They are known for Pilsner's and Lagers, which are all basically watered down, 3-4%, piss-tasting versions of real beer. Better than other Lagers like Coor's, MGD or Corona, but "best" is laughable.

is your experience limited to american pilsner's? that could be why. Staropramen on draft is one of the best beers i've ever had in my life and I've been all throughout Germany and Austria. I won't touch a pilsner here in the states even it's from a foreign country because chances are it was just liscensed out to an american brewery. Pilsners in the EU taste way better than here. I don't know why they just do.

No, I've traveled Europe extensively. Including a beer-based tour of Belgium. EU Lager's are definitely better than Coor's or Bud, but a Lager just doesn't compare to most decent Stouts, Porters or Strong Dark Ales.

I would agree with this Star is big in London and not a regulars in most UK bars. Outside the UK there are lots of different beers. My favorite is our Copenhagen office and visiting the Mikkeller beer bar I'm the red light district.
