Just curious, seems like a decent price. Anybody used or have any flavor suggestions on whats best?It's not that bad flavor wise and it's pretty good quality for the price. Just put like 4 ounces of water in there and gulp it down...it mixes easily as well. Check Prosource they have some good protein for a decent price. I have their NytroWhey Ultra or Hydrowhey Ultra I can't remember and it has Bovine in it. My favorite is Big Blast though.

the chocolate i had was terrible, its possible to have a bad batch. Rockyroad is not available in the stores here. i don't order it off the interent. and no i'm not on crack. there is nothing wrong with mixing chocolate syrup in whey, to add flavoring. Chocolate is not a bad thing. the vanilla that i have has weird artifical flavoring to it and a friend of mine has the same thing his too has the artificial taste and its not a good taste either.
I have been using it for months. I get it in 10 lb bags. Stay away from the vanilla ice cream flavor. its really gross(and i like vanilla too). Chocolate is really good, Rocky Road is really good. Cookies and cream is really odd. I wouldnt recomend it.
I use it cause its reasonably priced,and it doesnt fuck with my insides. No gas, no bloat ect. I mix it with 1% milk in a shaker. The other nice thing about it is you dont need alot of milk to get 2 scoops to dissolve in. Maybe like 8oz.
If your really into vanilla then try ON MRP powder. They have a vanilla custard MRP that is really good.
The vanilla ice cream flavored whey just tastes like milk with some chalk in it. Gross.

thats exactly what i was talking about with the vanilla weird chalky taste and some other shit. i've tried the cookies and cream and it didn't taste like cookies and cream not sure how to describe it but yea its odd. i guess i just had a bad batch of chocolate either way the chocolate syrup made it taste good. still haven't had this Rocky Road.
i once got a batch of chocolate that tasted like mold. no chocolate flavor what so ever, just a sour weird taste.
chocolate syrup usually is very high in sugar, so its only good pre/post workout, in my opinion, cause of the insulin spike

ON is the worst protein made imo. I have not had a flavor yet that appeals to me and I've tried the 16 flavor sample pack. All of them were disgusting. Maybe I'm a protein snob?
Here is the best tasting bulk protein you can get imo. I thought you like the Gaspari Myofusion and that Biotest stuff lol....oh yea, the ON's cookies and cream does taste weird...but like it said it's pretty good quality for the money, mixes well, so just gulp it down

From what I have figured out with ON, they have a problem with their sweetener mixing in properly on some batches. I've had some batches that taste really great, and some that just taste nasty. With the nasty batches, I just add Splenda and it tastes good after that.
Muscle Milk is the only thing that I have found that consistently tastes amazing, but it's much more expensive than ON. The ON stuff tastes good or decent and it is a good quality product. It's cheap as fuck and that makes it even better.
You gulp the shake down in 10 seconds 2-3 times per day, you can make it work with pretty much any shake. The worst tasting stuff I've ever had was from proteinfactory.com

This is currently what I'm drinking and it's great.
Xtreme Formulations Ultra peptide is the best tasting and most economical whey around imo.

I must be some kind of weirdo but while I would never buy it again, I didn't mind the Vanilla Ice Cream. I suppose I am not very picky when it comes to protein shake flavours... I just chug it all down in about 5 seconds anyhow. The thing I like about ON is that it is reasonably priced and it digests really nice for me.

It has been my experence that a banana can make almost any Vanilla powder taste good.

damn skippy it does its what i had to do with my ON whey protein and their weight gainer which was even more disgusting
