damnit i just got this thing for an in home trial and just figured to go with something name brand cause my last one broke and the company went under!
anyways Im not big, like 200lbs right now and when I start to work out their is like no resistance with the magnetic system. I put it on 4 and did my deed. Im pedaling fast and sweating a bit but it should be the starting point.
I can go up a little higher but it doesn't seem like it will be enough if Im gonna use this thing all the time.
it isn't cheap either. $300. my old one that broke was only like $150 at target a couple years ago and it had allot more resistance available and was smoother to.
the only other thing I see is those air resistance things and I think those might be a joke.
