Anybody try one set reverse pyramid? tried it once but don't remember why I stopped. Its where you keep lifting the weight and keep lowering the amount until ur arms are completely tired. Anyone?

Yep, I do it on the tricep rope. My tris explode out of my shirt from pumps when I do this.

I also do it with leg presses sometimes or extensions just to get an insane pump in my quads. never done it on bench although I have done sets of 245, dropped the weight to 205 and did as many as I could without rest.

I use dropsets all the time. Best way to tap every ounce of muscle at the end of a set. I've done it before with just one set (like Db curls down the rack), but usually use it on the last set of a workout.

If you have a gym with pull-up/dip machine that has the cheat lever you stand on its great do that sets on that.

I'll do about 15 dips normal then move the bar down, stand on it, lessen my body weight by 100lbs. and do more dips until I can't do any more, then less by 150lbs...

Same with pull ups, do as many as you can normal, then drop the cheat bar and same thing

:heart:dropsets:heart:

Just in case your bod didn't get the point already

:chainsaw:

Never tried teardowns in a "one set" format except for messing around

Didn't get me that sore but wasn't that focused I guess
