hey guys, so I was looking for a pre workout supp to take before working out to give me a boost in energy and also a great pump as well. I read the reviews of NTKTS and N2 amp and decided to go out with N2 amp as a stand alone. I took it 6 caps with 24 oz of water 30 minutes prior to my workout at around 5pm. I warmed up on treadmill and then hit the weights. I didn't feel the energy boost and I felt lethargic on it. But I decided to push myself to get through it and thought it would kick in at some point. I was impressed with the pumps but I just didn't feel like myself. After I got home, I felt nausea and had shortness of breath. I had trouble sleeping that night too. Maybe I just had a bad reaction to it idk. I decided to give it another try the next day. I took 6 caps 40 min prior to chest and tri's workout. I took another 2 right when i got to the gym. So i had a full serving of 8. I was feeling better this time around and I crushed the weights. I was very happy with the pumps and vascularity. When i got home I felt shortness of breath and a little bit of anxiety. I also felt nausea at times. I don't know if anybody else experienced these kinds of sides from n2amp or if I am just having a bad reaction to it. or should I lower the dose. Any help would be appreciated. BTW I am 22 6f1 180lbs
