hey guys i use to post on here alot under baldbull. i just need a little info on this product for a father of a 16 year old wrestler. his son wants to use it & he just wants to know the effects of it good or bad.

I have used it, and might try it again. It helped me keep my gains, but not sure if it improved size or strength. It is not recommended for teenagers. It may interfere with natural test production. I would not recommend this product for a 16 year old. A better alternative might be a high quality whey protein, bcaa, glutamine, and creatine if he can deal with a little weight gain.
