Just got my G-R today but I'm still on a low-carb diet...roughly 20-30grams per day from incidental sources. Is there any benefit to taking R-ALA while I'm doing low carb? Seems it'd be a much better use of limited funds to save it for next month when I start eating oatmeal in the AM and brown rice/wheat pasta in the evenings.
