I go to the gym @ 5:30 AM. Get home at 7:20 take my WPI and recently added two raw eggs to my nearly 40g of protein as my post workout drink. Any reason not to do this?

that was enough a reason for me to stop a long time ago. i was doing the raw eggs with heavy cream drinks, along with red meat and cheese, a'la vince gironda. just seemed w/o much carbs i looked flat. this was a long long time ago in a galaxy far far away though.
