Any one have a good workout routine and nutrition tips for taking anabolics?

I am (25 years old, 6,1, 175 lbs), and have been working out for about 5 years now. I am experiencing anabolics for the first time and was wanting to know if anybody had a good routine to use while on anabolics. I have just ordered the squat monster muscle stack. it consist of DMZ 1, Halo-x, Chrysin, XABOL, and sterolABOL. Its suppost to be a cycle with very little sides, and from what i hear it already has all the pct you need, PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG. Thanks

Ok, thanks man. I dont know if it makes a dif. i am actually 5, 11, i dont know why i thought i was taller lol. What kind of sides am i lookin at if i was to go ahead with the anabolics i have coming in the mail.

Having said that, if you're 6'1, weigh 175 pounds, and thinking of taking anabolics, you should probably get your diet in check first because you're still skinny and haven't reached your max potential by any means.

You're in the right forum for weightlifting advice. IMO, if your asking for training and diet advice you are not ready for AAS.
 
This is my current meal plan, these days dont always happen, but i try to keep as close as possible. I was just wondering any specific nutrients that are good to eat while on anabolics. I also have a workout ruitine also, but wanted to start with a fresh workout to better confuse the muscle groups while on anabolics, and was wondering if anybody had a good routine they could let me in on. Also wondering if its better to have a 3 of 4 day workout or full week while on anabolics. Thanks

Scoop Of ON 100% Whey Protein
14 Almonds
A Banana
One Small Bagel
Light Cream Cheese
8oz Orange Juice
Meal 2 - 9:00 AM:

Meal 3 - 12:05 PM:

2 Scoops Universal Nutrition Torrent
Meal 4 - 12:30 PM:

1 Bowl Pasta
1 Potato
Carrot
Meal 5 - 2:00 PM:

10oz Chicken Breast
Green Peppers
Meal 6 - 4:00 PM:

2 Turkey And Salami Sandwiches
Whole Wheat Bread
Provolone Cheese
Mustard
14 Almonds
Meal 7 - 6:30 PM:

10oz Chicken
Brown Rice
Green Peppers
Broccoli
Meal 8 - 8:00 PM:

Bowl Of Total Cereal
Handful Of Chopped Peanuts

I know its been said three times so why say it again. OK, I understand I should wait to take anabolics. I am asking simple questions for future reference, so when I am ready to take them I will know what kind of diet and workouts do utilize while on anabolics. Thanks

no you are just saying that so people will get off your case. Future reference my ass lol. It sounds like you are set on using anabolics though.
 
HA well already paid 190 for the shit i might as well take and see what it does. lol would it be better to do a 3 or 4 day a week workout or full week.
 
you've already seen most of the advice here. Post this in the anabolic section i posted and see what they say.

I don't see a single anabolic in there, anywhere.

But if you paid $190 for them...I'd wash each of them down just as they suggest, 3x a day.
1) At Breakfast while you are sitting at McDonalds. Very important to SIT when taking these so you don't burn any calories. You also need to choose any THREE Breakfast sandwiches from the menu and THREE orders of hashbrowns. Add hashbrowns to the sandwiches, add mayo, add a few orange juices.

2) At Lunch while you are SITTING at McDonalds. Again, sit, don't waste any calories. It is ok to still be sitting here from breakfast but sit near the door and the toilet as to not burn any excess calories walking. Make sure your cell phone is well charged or bring your charger too. Eat 6 singles with cheese OR 3 Big Mac's and 1-2 orders of large fries. Add Fries and mayo to each sandwich. Finish off with a super sized coke. NOT DIET COKE!!! Diet cokes makes you lose weight immediately and makes your testicles shrink!

3) Dinner time while sitting at McDonalds, repeat lunch but if you had singles with cheese order BigMac's or vice versa. It is also important to finish it off with a chocolate milkshake or something equally similar. Dinner CAN be substituted with an Asian Buffet ONLY if you eat till you sweat, poop, sweat, and have at least one extra super sized plate afterwards.

Do this for 90 days and I guarantee that the scale and every single lift will sky rocket.

Dude that's no fucking joke you will gain a shit ton of muscle if you do that I'm not kidding and all your lifts will shoot way up !

Just a thought...but you might want to think about who you are taking advice from before you start calling them swear words.

Yes, I did guarantee it.

If you do this 100% and don't live up to the guarantee I put out there...I'll buy you a new round of "anabolics" and you can do it your way again. Clearly at 175 lbs you clearly know what you are doing and are satisfied with your results...???

Why don't you just save the anabolics for later, I know you paid 190 but couldn't you save them? If you have been training for 5 years and are only 5'11 -6'1 175 (either of those are skinny) you :
1. Don't have your diet where it should be
2. Don't have your training where it should be

I'm just a noob myself and have been only working out for a year but it's pretty obvious to me that you have not reached anywhere close to your natural potential. You should have reached or at least be really close to your natural potential before using anabolics.

I've been around for 10 years (and I live in a steaming hot climate) so my skin has become pretty thick :)

Some people never get anywhere with what they are doing and that is why they turn to anabolics, make excuses, or quit completely. 16 years of training and I spend time reading and studying every day because I know that I know so little.
 
Ok, Thanks and i apologize for my post i lost my temper, I jus thought you were tryin to be a dick and didnt take your advise seriously, but now i understand what you were goin at. I have been training for 5 years but it has been off and on because i have had all my time taken by work, kids and school, so it has been nothing close to what it should have been. But now i am really tryin to focus on training because i have just finished school, therefore, I have some free time to get my diet and training in check. I will take yalls advise and hold off on the anabolics until i get my weight up and get closer to my full potential. I have posted a journal on the journals page if you want to take a look at and see what you think about it. Thanks

Get your focus on eating more calories and dedication to diet and training.

I was 175 lbs at 6'2" a little over 2 years ago. I'm 240 now because I eat enough food. In another year, hopefully I'll be at 260.

If you want real anabolics, get a legitimate OTC steroid (dieselbolan, Beastdrol, Helladrol, Epistrong are options that our awesome sponsors offer. They are legitimate steroids that give significant gains) or start pinning testosterone.

All that aside, you aren't even ready to use steroids. Your level of development does not warrant the use at all.
 
Damn, i wish i had of got reviews on them before i bought. But i will prob try to sell them to somebody around town and just wait till i get around 200 or so to start anabolics. Did you take any supplements to add all that wait on?

Yeah, sure I used supplements. What you need to understand is that supplements don;t put weight on. Calories do. Somethig that doesn't have calories (energy) can't be used for such. The body works as a system, and all energy comes from food. Without that, supplements are useless.

I would look at these few and keep to them until you get more mass on you. Then you can get more technical with supplementation and enhancement.

Whey
Creatine
BCAA's or GEAR
Omega-3 fish oils

oh and Steak and potatoes (lol)

Make sure you intake 300 grams of protein everyday. Try to get 120-150 of it from lean meat (that would be a little over 1.5 lbs of meat).3 - 8 oz servings per day (easy to do), and then 3 shakes with 50 grams each (2 scoops) should do you just fine.

Try and get 300 grams carbs from rice/brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole wheat products, etc. Plenty of green veggies. Sugar for you isn't a big deal at this point, but don't overindulge in sweets and soda.

Healthy fats as much as you can 110 grams a day. Olive oil, nuts, etc.

3500 total calories a day.

Stick to this for 3 months and you will gain tons of mass quickly. Lift properly and not overtraining, you will put on significant muscle.

As for protein intake, get it up to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight, minimum. Train 3-4 days a week, no more. Be sure to get plenty of rest, rest is when you grow. A lot of guys like you (skinny/hard gainer) overtrain. You need less training, more eating. Oh, and b fold (Clint), is right.
