Damn, i wish i had of got reviews on them before i bought. But i will prob try to sell them to somebody around town and just wait till i get around 200 or so to start anabolics. Did you take any supplements to add all that wait on?
Yeah, sure I used supplements. What you need to understand is that supplements don;t put weight on. Calories do. Somethig that doesn't have calories (energy) can't be used for such. The body works as a system, and all energy comes from food. Without that, supplements are useless.
I would look at these few and keep to them until you get more mass on you. Then you can get more technical with supplementation and enhancement.

BCAA's or GEAR
Omega-3 fish oils
oh and Steak and potatoes (lol)
Make sure you intake 300 grams of protein everyday. Try to get 120-150 of it from lean meat (that would be a little over 1.5 lbs of meat).3 - 8 oz servings per day (easy to do), and then 3 shakes with 50 grams each (2 scoops) should do you just fine.
Try and get 300 grams carbs from rice/brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole wheat products, etc. Plenty of green veggies. Sugar for you isn't a big deal at this point, but don't overindulge in sweets and soda.
Healthy fats as much as you can 110 grams a day. Olive oil, nuts, etc.
3500 total calories a day.
Stick to this for 3 months and you will gain tons of mass quickly. Lift properly and not overtraining, you will put on significant muscle.
