No idea what on earth caused this. He was pretty safe and conservative in everything he took.

well you came to the right person, since i was his roommate and the one who found him


he went to the ER on August 16th around 11pm due to pains shoot down his arm
waited for 4 hours before he was seen
they sent him home with a couple loratab 5s and muscle relaxers around 5am on August 17th

he died around 2pm on August 17th, during his 2nd heart attack (the first of which he sat in the waiting room thru)

so muscle relaxers probably stopped his heart while he was having a heart attack
