Any nutritional holes in my curret diet?

Synpax

Well-known member
I am cutting, and for personal reasons have sworn off any kind of cooked food or meat/fish. These are the foods I eat each day, and I'm wondering if I have any nutritional holes.

- Eggs (raw)
- Carrots (biotin to compensate for eggs)
- Cashews
- skim milk
- fresh squeezed OJ
- oats (old fashioned)
- rome apples
- banana

Also:
- centrum for men
- biotin supplement
- salt (I add it to OJ and am trying to get an electrolyte pill).

Please let me know if I'm missing anything and, if so, an effective way to get it.

Why not whole oranges instead of juice? You'd get calories and juice, but also some fiber :) You may want to add some sources of protein used by vegetarians: tofu and legumes (lentils, beans, peas) for example. It also doesn't seem like you're getting enough dietary fat. I know it can seem like a waste of your caloric allowance with as much as 9calories/gram but it's as important a macronutrient as the rest.

Good info. The OJ, the fresh squeezed stuff, is just easier and is a luxury.

As for fat... more cashews?
