How hard is it to maintain your abs with out the use of gear. Lets say after you do a cutting cycle. How hard is it to maintain....assuming you keep your diet and cardio in check.
 
not hard at all in my experience.

Basketball is awsome, I do it instead of cardio, and its like sprinting. Alot of full body sudden movements and bursts of speed. Ive dropped about 3% bf in 3 weeks ( for me its an accomplishment ) from doing 1 hour a week.

I really hope what you're saying is true..........but this statement doesn't seem to back your argument. "T3 treatment produced significant losses in both lean mass (1.5 +/- 0.3 kg) and fat mass (2.7 +/- 0.4 kg) by 6 weeks, with similar reductions in both at 9 weeks".......So the reasoning behind using an anabolic is so you won't lose fat and not lean mass.

yeah, after 9 weeks lean mass remained intact. This isn't really proof... unless there's a study in bodybuilders taking low dose T3 all we can do is take an educated guess.

But you can assume weight training would negate a significant portion of the lean mass lost in those 9 weeks, and perhaps with the enhanced metabolism T3 induces, this would cause better partitioning to the muscle due to increased turnover (most likely only on a real high protein diet since T3 is an indiscrimate nutrient metabolizer)
