I know its probably not very good.. but any good advices on what i should add/change around? My weak points in particular are delts and chest.
Sunday
Benchpress - 5x5
Military Press - 4x8
Flat Flies - 3x8
Pullovers - 3x8
Monday
Hack Squats - 4x6
Deadlifts - 4x8
Concentration Curls - 4x8
Wednesday
Incline Benchpress - 5x5
Arnold Presses - 4x8
Tricep Skullcrushers - 4x8
Thursday
Leg extensions 3x8
Leg Curls 3x8
Pullups - 3x8
Deadlifts - 5x5
Pullovers - 3x8
