Thats why I'm asking
I wouldn't know the difference
But either way I would Like it so a person could never pull up any info on my computer that belongs to me I guess I can buy a new hard drive but I thought their where programs to take care of this.

Norton Utilities and Window Washer are good for this. Both are very crackable...

download the demo.. get the right crack... install the crack.. = Full Program (usually). I have the crack for the current version of webroots window washer if you want to go get the demo....

or just get a crack from www.astalavista.com

I just installed the PGP program and scheduled times for daily free space wipes. Kinda handy since I use a work pc for all my questionable activities.

Formatting a disk does not wipe it clean. All it does it set up a file system. Deleted files that were on the disk before formatting can still be recovered.
