any else ever dealth w/a pilonidal cyst?

just wondering if any other bodybuilders here have ever had a pilonidal cyst or sinus.. I've been dealing with one for a few years and it looks like it's going to be surgery now.. or at least probably.. with 2-3 months recovery time. if you don't know what it is.. feel lucky.

if you have dealt with one and then handled how to get back into training afterwards.. PM me or somethin

Sorta like a button-tail. They just opened it up, drained it, fingered me for good measure and sewed me up! Good to go in a few days!
