I just started a new rotating schedule that will limit my days in the gym.
I tried doing split sessions this week and really enjoyed it. I was able to do higher volume and not short-change any part of my body. However, the afternoon session is a bit lackluster. I tried to space them out at least 6-8 hours, but don't feel the same POP as the first workout.
Anyone done these and have any advice?
