great back workout last night. this is what my deadlift routine looked like-
135x12
225x6
315x6
405x6
495x1 - never gone above this
515x1
525x1 holy shit! that felt awesome, kiled that shit
535x1/2 only got this to about knee level, it was close. couple weeks ill KILL THAT SHIT too!
aside from pulling my lat rowing the 140db's , it was a great workout. i cant breath very deep this morning though lol
