Another one! Deadlift PR

great back workout last night. this is what my deadlift routine looked like-

135x12
225x6
315x6
405x6
495x1 - never gone above this
515x1
525x1 holy shit! that felt awesome, kiled that shit
535x1/2 only got this to about knee level, it was close. couple weeks ill KILL THAT SHIT too!

aside from pulling my lat rowing the 140db's , it was a great workout. i cant breath very deep this morning though lol

Awesome work brother!! KILLED THAT SHIT AGAIN!! 550 and then onto 600 before long! 140lb dumbell rows aint no fuckin joke either!! KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT!!
 
That's a good lift. I'm just coming back from a 6 year layoff from the weights. I putzed around with a multi-station machine last year. I'm still at least 6 months away from even mentioning what weights i'm using...I have no strength.

Thanks bro! Im going to make a real push towards 600 now. I dont think itll take too long because ive been slacking on deads for the past few months. Lots of back problems forcing me to chill out for a little while at a time. If it holds up I definetly have it in me. I will....i live....i vow to KILL THAT SHIT!!!!

wow DT, i didnt know youve been off for that long. id go insane! You are pretty dedicaded to stick around and contribute to the boards like this being out of the game so long. Dont worry, muscles remember, itll come quick. Though being off for a long period of time sucks, i like coming back in a way. Making constant gains every week until your back to where you were, it feels great. Thanks for the props bro. Go start killing that shit again.

What do you guys think? Am i ready for some PL meets. Come next spring/summer i think im going to enter a couple. With what i got now my totals would be around 1400-1500. decent for my group/class or not yet??
