I must say this is 1 of those informercial fitness gadgets that actually work. Looks like a bargain, Reverse hypers are great for the lower back. And that paid actor as you say is actually Louie Simmons i think he's the founder of West Side Barbell and definatley not an actor. He knows his stuff about strength training.
