Well, 2 weeks ago (when i fucked up my knee)
I managed to pull a PR of 1 set of 4 at 315 with conventional full ROM deadlifts...
After taking a week off with minimal legs, TOday I went and pulled 2 sets of 315...
This is after I pulled a set or 135, 225, 295 all sets of 5...
I"m pretty sure I have a minor injury from the last rep though.. kind of sucks... my lower back is just aching... GF massaged the hell out of it and I was icing it all night... Should be good by Monday!

I'm pretty sure my form was sucking some serious ass by the last rep.... I KNOW I need to learn to use my legs a bit more.. but my back is VERY strong from doing a shit load of REALLY heavy rack deads for 5 months. I've been doing lots of cleans and stuff lately too.. maybe that is contributing to my strength gains...
But one thing is definitely for sure... deadlifting is getting easier and easier.... I got to a point about 7 months ago, where I was dreading deadlifting... I pulled by back pulling something like 275 and I kind of avoided anything about 250 for a while...
I've been doing weighted rev hypers and a pile of other excercises which I think have directly contributed to my strength gain... next week is low reps.. so i will try for maybe 335..

I can't wait to pull 4 wheels... I figure I should be able to pull it for reps, hopefully within a year.... definitely for a single within a few months...

Its kind of strange..... I've been cutting, and recently I think I dropped my cals a bit low as my strength has been going down on just about everything else... but not deadlifts :D

By the way... I was weighin in at 176.6 lbs yesterday after sweating my ass off in the 36 degree weather... Down 20 lbs since April 28th

My back has more or less recovered today... the muscles were so incredibly tense.. but feel significantly better now.... Time to go eat two jumbo salmon filets to help recovery some more :p
