Mine starts within the first week of PCT. The only thing that works well for me is OXY Benzax 10 wash and this cuts it by 90%. Tanning helps and I use to work out in synthetic tops. I've switched to 100% cotton and that has helped but I'm soaking wet after my workouts.

its quite simple what he was saying. In order to take 10g of B5 in 250mg caps you would have to pop 40 caps a day. This is pretty rediculous. Even poppping 20 caps is a lot, but much better then 40.
