ive tried emailing pumpnpose 5 times but i keep getting a returned email message! and when i go to buy there b5 it charges me $6 shipping even though i select $30 international shipping! its put me off ordering from them if they are this amateurish can someone try emailing them to see if its just me.

yes but pumpnpose say thers contain coenzyme a to help absorb the b5!
I wouldn't be that harsh on GNC. Last week I bought 100 capsules of 500mg each for $10. That's 50g total or 20 cents per gram. At 300 grams for $30 at PNP, you're paying 10 cents per gram. I'll pay twice as much more to not have to cap it or taste the powder. I think it's worth the extra money. Now if you have a cheaper source for it already capped, I'm listening.

if you have bad acne you need to take 10g a day until it clears, and then reduce your does to 5g's, and then to 2.5g's. The 50g's you are getting at GNC will last you 5 days, and thats not very much for a pretty expensive price. Also I don't know why you would think its hard to put B5 powder in some juice or a protein shake. You don't have to cap it. I don't rememer where I ordered but I got 500g for 22$ when I bought it a couple years ago.
