which is like 90% of your max???? just curious-- seems to me like your form would break down at about rep 15-- & you wouldnt be doing a full squat.
Ive done 20rep squats @ much lower weight (like 50% of max) & was fried...even w/20 second rests-- you prob wont be able to do a full squat (maybe on the Smith Machine so you can rack it b4 ya puke![]()
Obviously some people have done them
