just received my sarms1 shipment...there are no markings on the dropper..a little more explanation on how much of that dropper to fill and once or twice a day please? and under the tongue or just swallow it?

I tried just swallowing by itself but the taste was absolutely horrid so now I swallow it with a mouthful of protein coffee. Can't taste a thing.

I was running osta from unique as a standalone. Loved it.

I just take it down straight. After a while you just get used to it, and it really isn't that bad. I usually just chase it with something right after....no biggie

Shoot it right at the back of your throat. Shooting it on the tongue is a sure way to taste every bit of it

you can do either.I do it all in 1 shot,it has a 24 hour half life.
