Nobody here should have any reason not to believe you are 100% natural. When you break through the 155 plateau you and I will go head-to-head.

EF will hold it's first official Physique contest.

We are working on putting together an Elite Fitness Physique Contest.

Prizes will be awarded to the winner and place winners.

We are still working on the rules and we have yet to set a date.
