I created a excel spreedsheet so that when you punch in your wieght you will automatically get everything you should eat in one day. If you are not training that day you should try to eat no carbs all day except for the fruit. These formulas that are used come from the original animalbolics post by animal on the varix message boards. I have used this diet many times and i believe that it is one of the better diets out there. I am following it right now. If you want to use this diet, i would say that these three pages are a definite must read. In the third section the diet goes into greater detail, so you can understand how it actually works with the hormones in your body.
