thanks man..... well 315 was my bench max back in august.

i test my bench last week. i did 295 x 1 after doing my speed bench. and it felt like a joke........ so im working hard for some big numbers.

when did you previously do those exercises to destroy them by that much? I would have thought you would have been doing those fairly regularly.

i do 4 and 5 boards every week, but as my secondary move for my triceps on either DE or ME day in the 2-4 sets of 4-8 reps, or 6-8 sets of 8-12 reps.

but last time i went for 1-3 rep maxes was back in late august.

it would be nice to have a 1500lb raw total at age 23 with just 1 year powerlifting experience. 600 squat/ 400 bench/ 500 deadlift.

The Peak Fitness meet is a relatively small meet. This year is the 3rd consecutive meet we've hosted in the gym. It's pretty laid back and a fun meet to attend. I'm sure there will be other raw lifters as well.

Count us in. Sounds like a great time for us to max again. I was just thinking that we should probably do it some time in January, but February will work too.

So, you got an extra couch? :lmao:

Hey X, you are getting strong as fuck. But I have a question - how are you doing the face pulls such that you're only using 60 pounds? I am using more than that (and you're way stronger than I am), so I assume I am doing them an easier way...
