Anavar Only - Coming off After 4 Weeks - PCT Help

Gentlemen,

I've decided to come off my Anavar only cycle after 4 weeks as my acne has gotten very bad on my Neck and is spreading to my face.

The gains I am seeing are not strong enough to justify breaking out like this. This sucks to say the least.

The cycle went as follows:

Week 1 - 25 mg
Week 2 - 30 mg
Week 3 - 40 mg/day
Week 4 - 50 mg/day

I've realized no testicular shrinkage, ect. but will incorporate Nolvadex to come off.

I'm planning on utilizing 20 mg per day for one week.

Is this enough?

Take HCGenerate.

Take 8 capsules per day the first week and then down to 5 capsules per day after that. Best PCT out there IMO.

If you have to ask the question, then it's not enough - seriously man, do a full PCT, what will it hurt? Don't cut it short. 20/10/10/10. Is that all you have for PCT?

Also, are you sure it was var? Are you acne prone? Nolvadex gives me more acne than tbol, and I've not heard alot of cases where var gave acne.

Anavar is weird with me and acne. I didnt get any more spots but the tiny spots i did have on may back got huge. Anavar could cause acne same as all steroids but its rare. Some are just worse than others.
I think if you can deal with the spots i think you should finish your cycle. Only a few weeks mate, man it out youl be glad you did!

Yes, I only have Nolvadex. Most feedback I have received indicates that it is plenty for an Anavar only cycle. 4 weeks after only a 4 week cycle seems to be a relatively long time but I don't mind doing so.

I am very acne prone and have struggled with Acne for the last 10 years (currently 28). In recent years, my skin has begun to clear but the Anavar made it badly flair up again. I was getting large cystic acne which is the worst (particularly on my neck). Off for a week now and already a world of difference.

By staying on Nolva, will it continue to help my skin improve or hurt in the recovery process?

What risk do I run in stopping after only one week at 20 mg?

Any further feedback on duration would also be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I'm in the Philippines at the moment and HC Generate is not an option. I will try this next time but would love further feedback on 7 days of Nolvadex given my short cycle. Day 7 is today.

Try this for ANAVAR PCT:
wk 1 NOLVA 40mg
wk 2 NOLVA 30mg
wk 3 NOLVA 20mg

agreed! you bust your butt to earn those gains,don't loose them by cutting short PCT more is better than less!

Shit! I was traveling and have now been off the Nolva for 5 days (after one week at 20mg/day). Should I resume at 20 mg for another week and then do 10mg/day for an additional 2 weeks or is it a lost cause seeing that I've now been off the Nolva for the better part of a week?

that is probably not enough for pct but it could be. many have run var cycles with no pct and did just fine. the acne will get worst after the abrupt stop. in your case i think a taper off would have been a better choice given the circumstances. hcgenerate, sustain alpha topical, and unleashed would all be helpful here.

I suspect you didn't take Anavar. Anavar is so ridiculously low androgenic steroid that my notoriously oily skin actually IMPROVED when on it (also due to nearly 100% suppression of my endogenous testosterone). And I took as much as 80 mg/day!
