Anavar cycle

Thanks so much for all that info, it's nice to finally have someone help out and know there shit, I just turned 21 my bench I did 410lbs for 2 last week thats my best So far, squats I just started doing them, and I just couldn't get proper form before finally got it And weight on squats have gone up, I did 4 plates for 1 decently deep, and deadliest started doing them to, did 365 for 5 with a ok form not terrible.. Def something I wil continue to do. Ive been working out for 4 years now, probably 2 years of good lifting never really had a diet pLan though, and I'm 21 years old an 205-215 lbs

My workout routine I go 5-6 days a week
Mon-chest
Tuesday-back
Wed-legs
Thurs-shoulders( I only do rear delts and lateral raises... No presses because my anterior delts are very overpowering from doing them alot) and need some catching up

Friday arms
And Saturday usually abit of everything depending on what I feel could use work

Was maybe thinking of switching to a diff routine tho, I feel as if I need work on my back and legs the most, and would like a bigger chest, my traps and delts are the most developed I'd say arms are around 17"

well, for me right now im coming off a lengthy list of injuries for the last 2 years, so i havent been doing much. im running Bill star 5x5 and i finish each day after that isolated workouts on whatever muscle i feel is lagging behind

i prefer those over a split, or working out everyday of the week. i also like certain things like power cleans for the type of explosive power it helps create as i am a martial artist

Looks like I have a bmr 2132.96 so I should base my diet around that... Is that like the maximum calories I should consume?

now remember this isnt exact, its just an idea approx to work with. but that would be the amount of cals needed for your body to survive pretty much. like if you were in a coma or something to maintain itself at your weight and shit thats what you would want to intake. so if u ate that exact amount of cals in one day. just by being awake and wlking and going to work you would lose a little weight over time. now u add in a workout say that burns 6-800 cals on top of that your gonna burn weight alot quicker. so yeah id keep it around there. if you go into say a 1-200 caloric deficit your gonna burn even more. but the thing is to eat that amount of cals ur gonna be eating significantly less carbs. less carbs less energy. lethargy takes over you dont wanna workout. your workouts are feeling really weak. so yeah id start with around 2100 cals, see how you feel. if u get tired and want to keep burning fat at low cals take a stimulant like n2kts. shit is killer.. n2kts stands for need 2 kill that shit.. and it does. you should add up the cals of what you eat normally and compare the total to your bmr

Dude..if you're getting results... stick with 20...

yeah i forgot to mention that too, if you are getting results dont go tripling your dosage. everyone is different and react to things differently. nothing someone says is written in stone. listen to your body. ive never tried less than 50 mg, but if 20 works then 20 works

Hey I'm new to this forum, I did use the search feature to but still have some questions, right now only taking 20mg of Anavar but after doing some research I see alot of people are doing 50mg... I've been on for about a week and a half and have noticed huge strength gains already.. What would be a good amount to take with out sides?... And creatine on Anavar helps out quite a bit from what I've read... Thanks for the help

By all means stick with what works for YOU personally. Everyone is different. You may respond well to low dosages it looks like.

I would forget all that 1-3 rep lifting and concentrate on anywhere from 6-12 reps. Always switch it up week to week. That will put on muscle much better than 2 reps which is just for overall body strength.
