to really optimize your cycle you should have calculated how many calories your body needs to survive through the bmr calculator

and then you want to build your diet around that. if u eat garbage you can easily double your caloric intake in a day. not good. diet is the alpha and omega of fat loss/ muscle growth. ideally you want to take in approx 40% protein 40% carbs %20 healthy fats (like from fish and shit etc) thats not written in stone, just a good average % that is very commonly used. i work 12 and a half hour days in the middle of a bush for 7 straight days. i eat damn well. ur just making excuses. i didnt like veggies either but i leart to like em. make baby steps. incorporate one thing every weak into your diet, and also one shitty thing out. get used to that make in normal then keep improving. noone just changes there diet from shit to perfect overnight unless you have amazing will power. eat lean meats, chicken breast and lots of it. i like red meat just dont overdo it. lots of fish. lots of veggies. whole grain pastas and rice. in to answer your question the only fluids that enter my body are milk and water, usually milk with my shakes. and about a gallon or 2 of water a day. with the very very rare couple drinks. and i mean about once a year.and fyi a cheat meal to me anyways is instead of boring whole grain rice or pasta and steamed chicken breast. add some kind of sauce like alfredo or maybe make chicken parmesan. not mcdonalds for breakfast, burger king for lunch and kfc for dinner. also u want at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. that might mean eat more meat, or take 2-3 protein shakes a day. use a calorie counting website to find out whats in your foods

now for the anavar. it has i believe an 8-9 hour half life. so to keep steady chemical levels in your body you want to take 3 times a day evenly spread. ideally you want to keep all hormone levels balanced. if u get gains off of 20 mg u either got some crazy fucking shit or ur prolly a noob, and u would make gains just for being a noob even without anavar. ive never even tried less than 50 mg. anavar is hepatoxic aka liver killer. get some liv52 or milkthistle asap to protect your liver and do not drink alcohol cuz that will just up the damage to your liver. and yes you absolutely do need a pct. if you run a 8 week var cycle you might find your balls are the size of raisins by the end of it. thats normal. if you want them back buy a pct. u always need it, no matter how mild the compund is like anavar. unleashed post cycle and formastanzol from needtobuildmuscle.com and mrsupps.com
