Anavar cycle

Hey I'm new to this forum, I did use the search feature to but still have some questions, right now only taking 20mg of Anavar but after doing some research I see alot of people are doing 50mg... I've been on for about a week and a half and have noticed huge strength gains already.. What would be a good amount to take with out sides?... And creatine on Anavar helps out quite a bit from what I've read... Thanks for the help
 
are you a chick, cuz then 20s alright. im not even trying to be a dick that is very true. you can run var upto a 100 mg a day. i wouldnt recommend less than 50 if ur a dude. start there a feel it out. kind of go by what ur body tells u. if u got the coin and the sides are minimal up the dosage. i never got much shutdown from anavar, some ppl get lots. gotta do what ur body says its not set in stone what u should run.... and make sure u got ur diet/vits/supprt supps/and pct lined up
 
I'm not a chick, shoulda Said that I guess I figured it was low from what I was researching glad I double checked... Right now I'm on quattro for protein, creatine called concrete, abomb and thrust, multi vitamins, xtend for bcaa, and oxy elite pro, also a carb gainer I have with my shakes... What do u guys think about that?... Do I need a pct?... I was told by my guy that I didn't need one... But I think I'll up my dosage up to 50 mg and see how I react... I'm 5'9 215 with about 12% bf I'm guessing and just turned 21

If he's getting results from 20mg than why not leave it or even just bump
It to 30 mg?... I think it would be a different story if he's hasn't been noticing ANYTHINHG... 20mg might be working for him..
 
When should I take them? 3 in morning with food and the other 2 mid afternoon?... Diet isn't the greatest because I work away 5 out of 7 days of the week.. Usually eggs and toast in mornings with some sort of chicken Alfredo or chicken burger Ext... I'm limited to what I get as all my food comes from a restaurant ... Steaks

As far as when you should take the pills, I'm not sure.. Some will say to spread it a bit where as others will
Say just take it all at once like a few hrs b4 u lift.. I can tell you one thing tho dude, your diet is weak.. Yea you are probably gonna see good results with anavar. But I'll be surprise if u keep any of it.. You might lose a few percentage points of bf but don't be surrpise if u shoot back up.. I'd really focus on that diet though. You should have asked EF before you started to be honest. Cause anavar is not cheap. Would hate to think that your cycle was for nothing. Dude put everything in Tupperware containers and take that to work. Only make enough food for about 2 days., and then again.. There is always away dude.. U don't have access to a microwave at work?
 
I stay in a hotel mon-fri it does have a microwave, but while I'm at work there's no microwave... I usually just get the restaraunt to make me chicken breasts and I'll eat that, I know my diet needs work, I don't really like veggies, only peas,corn,potatoes... I've been trying to eat more lettuce and broccoli what not, just dont like them, what would u suggest for a diet? And I started doing about 20 min of cardio in the mornings on max incline with a speed of 3mph ... If anyone has any diet tips I'd love to hear them, as I know it's important...
Also what about liquids, do you guys drink say coke zero, pepsi max, or Even low cal flavored water... Or just plain water and protein shakes?
 
And all my meals and drinks are free through my company and make a decent amount of money so I don't mind forking out some money for var especially when I'm saving $ by not buying food
 
what is your age, weight, max poundage for benchpress, squat, deadlift, years lifting, workout routine? but since ur already using heres some info for ya anyways... please be 18

to really optimize your cycle you should have calculated how many calories your body needs to survive through the bmr calculator

and then you want to build your diet around that. if u eat garbage you can easily double your caloric intake in a day. not good. diet is the alpha and omega of fat loss/ muscle growth. ideally you want to take in approx 40% protein 40% carbs %20 healthy fats (like from fish and shit etc) thats not written in stone, just a good average % that is very commonly used. i work 12 and a half hour days in the middle of a bush for 7 straight days. i eat damn well. ur just making excuses. i didnt like veggies either but i leart to like em. make baby steps. incorporate one thing every weak into your diet, and also one shitty thing out. get used to that make in normal then keep improving. noone just changes there diet from shit to perfect overnight unless you have amazing will power. eat lean meats, chicken breast and lots of it. i like red meat just dont overdo it. lots of fish. lots of veggies. whole grain pastas and rice. in to answer your question the only fluids that enter my body are milk and water, usually milk with my shakes. and about a gallon or 2 of water a day. with the very very rare couple drinks. and i mean about once a year.and fyi a cheat meal to me anyways is instead of boring whole grain rice or pasta and steamed chicken breast. add some kind of sauce like alfredo or maybe make chicken parmesan. not mcdonalds for breakfast, burger king for lunch and kfc for dinner. also u want at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. that might mean eat more meat, or take 2-3 protein shakes a day. use a calorie counting website to find out whats in your foods

this is serious shit. you can really fuck up your body. its no recreational sport its a way of life.

now for the anavar. it has i believe an 8-9 hour half life. so to keep steady chemical levels in your body you want to take 3 times a day evenly spread. ideally you want to keep all hormone levels balanced. if u get gains off of 20 mg u either got some crazy fucking shit or ur prolly a noob, and u would make gains just for being a noob even without anavar. ive never even tried less than 50 mg. anavar is hepatoxic aka liver killer. get some liv52 or milkthistle asap to protect your liver and do not drink alcohol cuz that will just up the damage to your liver. and yes you absolutely do need a pct. if you run a 8 week var cycle you might find your balls are the size of raisins by the end of it. thats normal. if you want them back buy a pct. u always need it, no matter how mild the compund is like anavar. unleashed post cycle and formastanzol from needtobuildmuscle.com and mrsupps.com
