Anavar cycle critique

Hey all, I've put together what I feel is a good cycle for myself and wanted to run it past you "pros" in case I missed anything.

Running 60mg of var for 8 weeks. Thinking of taking HCGenerate along side it for the 8 weeks as well. Taking milk thistle, fish oils, etc for liver and cholesterol control

Pct: kickstart rx from ammo or unleashed combo for 4 weeks. Was thinking about adding nolva but a lot of posts Ive read say it makes you feel like junk. Think it would even be necessary w/ kickstart or unleashed?

Also bit confused as for pct and gym time frame. Read a few posts that said you should back off on workouts while on pct. any thoughts or clarity as to why that may be? I do not understand why that would affect anything

first you do not need Nolva with Anavar, 2nd what is your stats Body fat, weight age ?????
Var by its self is not going to do nothing, for you, you need to stack with Test, or other injectable compounds for best results.
Bring your body fat really low like 10% or less before you jump on any thing.
diet is your best friend, eat healthy and clean and train hard
read some of the profiles to educate yourself
 
I have no interest stacking it with anything else. I'm 25, 175 and 11% bf. I've done a cycle of var before and it gave me the results I was looking for. I've been trading hard, eating healthy and reading profiles this is the cycle I've put together from all that

People have posted yes and no to nolva so it's hard to decipher. I agree that var isnt the most potent when compared to others that shut you down even more so, I figured with the pct it's better to be safe than sorry
 
there is no need for nolva on cycle or in pct. the only thing nolva is good for is to help with gyno.. and anavar does not convert to estrogen so there are no worries there.

i dont think you need to stack the anavar with anything since you are at a lower body fat. Using hcgenerate is a great idea, that way you will have some natty test production going. Another good thing to take with this cycle would be Proviron, anywhere between 25-100 mg a day. It will make the var more effective and help reduce any libido sides that may occur.

I always kill it in the gym during PCT. You will want to eat a lot more during PCT though, to help keep your gains.

So your PCT is Post Cylce/Unleashed combo from needtobuildmuscle?

Originally I was thinking Kickstart Rx from ammo since that was what I used in the past with good results, but the reviews on unleashed and post cycle seem to be great so yes, I will be using unleashed and pc as my pct. my only question is why does ntbm not supply enough in the bottles to get you through the pct? Kind of a hassle
 
I don't know what ammo rx is, but if it has worked for you then there is no reason not to use it again. I recommend the unleashed, post cycle combo because i have used them before and have had great results. For my personal pct, I buy 2 bottles of each, and take 2 servings of each of them per day. Also, a good non-expensive addition to your PCT would be D-AA.

Good for you for actually doing research before posting, props for that

You need to do more for pct though

Pct should look like this:
9-12 torem 120/90/60/30
9-12 formastanzol
9-12 post cycle unleashed combo
9-12 d-aspartic acid

Expect slow gains but you should get 5+ pounds of lean body mass given your diet and training are on par

Diet & training are just as important during PCT as they are on and off cycle....Needto had a great post about this at some point...

I would go as far as saying training and diet are almost more important on PCT as this will dictate how much of your gains you keep..

Don't be that guy who just trains hard and ears well on cycle
