I tried it LOL... i followed it to tha T. I gained weight fat and muscle, but lost it all during tha extreme dieting phase.
If i was to do it again i wouldn't go as extreme on tha dieting phase. And i would bump protein intake higher and carbs lower on tha bulking up phase.
Tha concept is okay, but it needs more fine tuning.
3 weeks bulking, 1 week cutting would probably work a little better.
week 1 - 3 = 2 - 2.5 grams of protein per lb bodyweight, 2 grams of carbs per lb of bodyweight, .75 rams of unsaturated fat per lb of bodyweight
week 4 = 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight, .75 grams of carbs per lb of bodyweight, .4 grams of fat per lb of bodyweight.
Then do it all over again.
That might work better than both tha ABCDE and tha Delta 1250.
