Well if you are a Christian you believe he knew you in the womb. You also believe he knows the number of hairs on your head and the intentions within your heart. You were created in his own image and given free will so as to glorify him should you choose to do so.

So yeah... if you are a Christian then leaping to the assumption that he cares about your gay liquor & drug fueled orgies is a pretty short hop.
