An idea about twice a week training.

I do a BB style once a week routine. But now Im thinking about doing the upperbody twice a week.
ATM I do:

Monday: Chest, Arms and forearms somtimes.
Wednesday: back, Traps, Shoulders
Friday: Legs, Calves

I was thinking:

Monday:Chest, Back, Shoulders (Heavy: More Compound with lesser reps)
Wednesday: Legs, Calves, Arms (As Normal 8-12 rep range)
Friday: Chest, Back, Shoulders (Light: Reps, Dropsets, more isolation work)


Any thoughts??
