Could anyone advise which one is better or suitable, amino acids capsules or protein powder? Presently i weigh 186Lbs 5'9 tall and endomorph. My goal is to get ripped and lean, NOT bulking up. Thanks in advance
Agreed! Free form amino acids are incerdibly expensive. Just drink some whey before and after workout and you´ll just have the same effect, since whey readily breaks down into amino acids.
Currently i have been taking either EAS complete whey protein or Optimum's 100% whey protein natural. But my weight keeps arising for both muscles and fats particularly around belly. My diets have been the same for all this time. I have been advised to switch to amino acids instead of whey protein powder in order to get leaner. Thus i am presently wondering if this idea is indeed working for my goal any comments would be apprecaited here
