I have seen you state that it is necessary to supplement with amino acids when cutting to save muscle. Can you please explain how and why? I am currently doing 5-6 days cardio in the morning on an empty stomach..40 minutes moderate intensity most days and maybe 1 or 2 days of HIIT. Drinking Whey, ANPB, Creatine, and Glutamine post 40 minute run.
Drinking Dextrose + Whey, Creatine, Glutamine post HIIT training.
Is this adequate or do I need more amino acids et, here, throughout the day, and Post Weight Workout??
