ok as we all know we grow when we sleep, i have a script for ambien which helps me sleep in less than 30min if i were to take it in the middle of the day would that help me grow inbetween workouts when i do 2 a days?..or should i just save the ambien for the eve? My only REAL concern is when i wake up from my afternoon nap will i still be sleepy and i dont want that to hinder my pm workout...i am cycling now and i want optimal growth...duh!
