had a bad knee injury. I'm going up with DLs faster than squats because I feel it is safer if my knee gives out to drop the weights rather than squatting if my knee gives out.. i get crushed :-)

so far my knee hasn't given out during surgery and lately my squatting has been improving much faster than everything else.

Again, same thing with leg press. I have more of a sense of safety with it so I can do more weight.
