Amazing leg workout today

I had the most amazing workout today I loved it.


deep squats 365 lbs 4 sets of 6 reps
SL Deadlifts 405 lbs 4 sets of 5 reps
Leg press 1350 lbs 3 sets of 8
Calf raises 250 lbs 3 sets of 30

I've also been having trouble really working my chest hard so I tossed in some benching today too (3 days after main chest workout)

I was able to do 20 lbs more on my bench than 3 days ago (1 extra set but 2 reps less for each set than 3 days ago)
120 lb dumbell declines for 3 sets of 6 reps
120 lb dumbell inclines for 3 sets of 8 reps


felt absolutely great. It'd been a while since I had such a great workout. Those numbers aren't all that great for someone my size but I haven't had a workout like this since I destroyed my knee 2 and a half years ago.

grats on the workout!

odd that you incline more than you decline. usually its' definitely the other way around.

my lower and inner pec is weaker... I'm working on that. That is why i'm doing chest 2x per week (starting this last week).. hopefully i can build it up to where it should be

I was born with a deformed left leg I think it has something to do with it. for a big guy I've always been able to run sprints very fast. I had the 3rd fastest 40 time of our whole football team when I was in high school and we had a good team. I was 6'3" or so then and probably about 245 during football season. I played defensive tackle. Make me run longer than 100 meters and I'd be dead at 102 though

how in the fuck did you have the energy to blast chest after that leg workout...?
 
how did I have the energy? I had about 3-4 minute rest periods between sets
I'm 6'4" and about 260 lbs. took 1 Stim X, 2 scoops of No xplode (cause I have it) and some PureCEE before the workout.

I actually did chest BEFORE the leg workout. It was just a 'leg' day so that was the main focus, but I had a few people suggest I start training chest more often, so I tossed that in there beforehand.

The odd thing is I don't even feel sore today. I feel like I had a good workout yesterday and consequently, I feel a little weak, but nothing is really all that sore.

3rd shot of my cycle happens tonight. only a couple weeks more and the test should start kicking in :-) We'll see what my workouts are like when that happens.

365 for 6 is a shitload of weight?
 
it's not.. especially for someone my size..

good for me at this point thought because 2.5 years ago I destroyed my knee and I'm slowly getting back to where I was before that.
