No horrible, when most people get started they cant do their bodyweight, so your already ahead, and your squat is impressive. PC pretty good too. Just stay consistant with training/diet and your stats will increase rapidly.

It doesnt matter really matter where you are at, as long as you are making progress.
I think injury slows down progress a lot of time, so watch form and train smart/hard and as 6 pak has already said stay consistent.

Squat is pretty impressive for your size and age, and your powerclean is pretty good too. Bench is lagging a bit, but that will come up with time. 90%+ of the population can't even bench their own body weight, so you're definitely doing fine. Hell, I've been training about a year and a half and my stats aren't that much better than yours.

6' 190 at ~8%
Powerclean 200
Squat 300
Incline Bench 245
Deadlift 365

First off, does it really matter what any of us think? Its all for you, mang.

Secondly, if you really care, those are pretty good stats IMHO. Also, you've got youth on your side.

BTW, do you do full squats or to 90 on the squats? I'm just curious.

lucky bastard. yer squats are sweet for your size and age. keep at em and youll be a monster.

Your a year younger than me, and ive been training for a couple of years. Your power clean is impressive, its 30 lb's more than mine, (then again I do weigh 50 lb's less than you, but still). The squat is great, keep going for it.

Did you try deadlifting? (just to complete the powerlifting statistics).

Bring the bench up, keep doing it, im sure your get some muscle on those pecks and tri's. Youll be doing 200+ in 2 months.

Im my opinion, those stats are very good.

Those are good stats for your age:

I'm 20 6' 175
bench 225
squat 285
power clean...probably should start doing that
deadlift ~350

see i play football at the school and im a running back so i guess thats y my squats r pretty good i always figured my legs are more important for that position. But i do full squats trust me my coaches always use me as an example to show the other guys cuz they never do them right. My left knee is starting to hurt from doing full, i highly doubt its my form. O and my deadlift im not sure cuz we never max out in that but when we work out i always have at least 245 on for 3sets of 8 so im not sure what it is

I think that those are very good stats for your age. Like everyone has said, be careful about form and train smart.

Good luck and welcome to elite. :)

Not bad at all brother. Whats most important is what others have said. Progress. KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT and absorbing information on the boards. Alot to learn here.

ooo a running back, squats are key to your position. u should start doing deads also since your position gets tackled a lot, having a thick core will help fend off attacks. try a few variations of squats as well, front squats and zerchers are sweet. but just remember not to ignore your core, its very important.
