Am I obsessive?

damn every 1.5 hrs. I eat every 2.5-3 6-7 meals a day and I seem to put weight on easily. What the hell are you eating every 1.5 hours? Mabey you should try to eat a little bigger portions. You don't really need to eat but every 2-3 hours to keep a steady flow of amino's in your body. You must have some bad protein farts bro.

i would say you are a little on the obsessive side. not that its bad, because it will keep you focused on your goal. however it sounds like BB is controlling you life, not the other way around.

ie. do you choose BB over family/education/spouse? if so, you need to re-evaluate your priorities.

I mean to be really serious about ANYTHING you have to care about the minute details...this is what makes all of the difference. If the details of your plan are effecting your life negativelyu then you need to evaluate and reconsider...but if you are 'jhust doing it right' then I think don't worry about it!
