I am cutting, and doing a CKD diet (no supps right now if that matters). I do cardio 4 times a week, before i lift. I always do the same thing, i set the treadmill to speed 7 (1 mile in 8.30 minutes) and run for 15 minutes. Is that too intense for fat loss and muscle preservation, or is that fine? I am usually completely drenched in sweat and completely out of breath when i am done. Should i switch to a bike or just keep doing what i am doing?
